To print out a list with Company, Contact, Address, Phone, Fax and E-mail, do the following:
1. Create a filtered list for your members
2. Click Print
3. Select address and phone number—one selection gives you the list as a paragraph, the other, line after line
4. Select if you want the company or person’s address
5. Select preview
6. Determine sort order (company, last name, zip code) and unclick whatever you don’t want to show
7. Title your report (it will show at the top)
8. Preview it to make sure you like it, and then print!
