    Tell me more about Approved Events

    Basically, you set up your event online.  The setup page walks you through everything, you can import logos, maps, whatever you need.   You can set up multiple activities, for paid or free events.  They system allows you to print names tags and attendee lists as well.  We provide a “calendar of events” that you can link to your website in addition to the registration link.

     

    There are 3 payment methods

    1.  If you have your own merchant account using PayFlow Pro, YourPay, Authorize.net  we charge $1/registration

    2.  If you use our merchant account, we write you a check for the registrants, minus $1/registration and a 3.5% credit card processing charge (for AMEX it's 4%) - subject to change.

    3.  If you do not want to use an online payment structure where the charge is paid/authorized immediately you can set up the account to capture the credit card numbers, and you can process them offline.  Then the charge is $1/registrant.

     

    There are associated monthly costs as well, with associated benefits:

    One month:  $40

    Three Months: $100

    Six Months: $195

    One Year:  $360

     

    In addition to online registration, included in this service is:  web hosting that includes Frontpage Support, .Net Functionality, e-mail for up to five accounts, 40 megabytes of storage space, and statistics on traffic and analysis.  The server on which the website is hosted is located at a Class A secure facility.  If you choose to use us for webhosting, we include a list serve where you and your members can post information, and give your organization an online community.

    This is our own “event schedule” of courses we run which we set up on Approved Events.  The first link on the page gives you a pop up calendar of events, and the link at the bottom of the page (scroll down) is the actual registration page.  Feel free to fill in the blanks and click through it—you aren’t charged until you put in a credit card number. 

     

    This system integrates with our Association/Membership Management software as well (Approved Association) but it is not necessary to have the software to use Approved Events.
